RCS Restorations Inc

Upon selling our house we learned during an inspection that we had mold on the one side of our attic. We were shocked and didn't know what to do. We called RCS RESTORATIONS INC. and Mr. Ronald Harris, the owner came out to provide an estimate. He was so informative. He not only verbally explained the process of remediation, but he showed before and after pictures of previous jobs. That was really helpful. He also explained who would be at our home each and every day and the schedule of when they would arrive and leave. The first day he accompanied the men as they got started.The work was completed over 3 days and the men were hard working and very polite. They even told me when they were leaving to eat lunch. I never had any worker in our home ever tell me that. I felt very comfortable and trusted them working in our home. At the end of the job Mr. Harris came out to make sure everything was done. We had another estimate from another company and they only would do the part of the area with mold while RCS RESTORATIONS INC does the whole attic. They were actually a thousand dollars more than RCS RESTORATIONS INC. as well. I think RCS RESTORATIONS is the best in mold remediation. I would not hesitate having them again if needed.  He also has an impressive client list including medical,government and military installations.
