This business, and ALL the owners/staff who work in it, are the friendliest and most helpful of people around Bucks County, Pa.
they know their stuff, make you feel at home and try their hardest to make sure you are completely satisfied. in this latest venture we had with them, we bought an expensive, custom made bass guitar that went missing at the point of origin partway through its manufacture. the owner, Kevin, worked with the company to get this instrument placed on some ASAP status, after there was a snafu the second time as well. he went out of his way to do this. it was just one example out of many where he took a personal hand into our needs and desires. and he does so, like all the rest of the store's staff, with great humor, efficiency and ease.
we do not use this store for the lessons given, so we have no comment regarding that part of the business.
but for everything else, this store is run the old fashioned way: with your satisfaction in mind. it feels like you are in an extension of your home, with all your musical friends?..

They are into musical instruments sale, instrument repair, and music lessons. I go there every week for music lessons. I had gone to purchase an instrument and also got some repair done three weeks ago. Weekly music lessons for 30 minutes cost $22. I bought an amplifier for $199 and a music stand for $15. They're not too cheap, but are very reliable. The staff is really knowledgeable and is brilliant at a number of instruments. Even though I'm a complete novice they never make me feel like that. They are very affordable too.

SUPPLIES FRIENDLY SERVICE. MANY TEACHERS ON STAFF. MY DAUGHTER TOOK GUITAR LESSONS FOR TWO YEARS. WE TOOK SUMMERS OFF AND THERE WAS NO PRESSURE FOR EXTRA'S, JUST STRAIGHT UP SERVICE. SHE LEARNED A LOT AND ENJOYED HERSELF. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND.
