The technicians that came to the house were nice...the scheduling went fine...they were punctual...i just feel like we wasted $99 - that's all.

The technician was on-time and completed the work in the time quoted. The work completed was clean, professional and neat.

We called America's Best and they sent out a technician that morning. Apparently some of the wiring had been cut/frayed and needed to be replaced. The tech ran all new wiring and made sure everything was working before he left. He tested it several times from all of the rooms. My son was so happy that his turtles now had their heat back and were going to be ok! This greatly helped us, as we were without our bathroom's electricity for days and couldn't see to do anything (not many windows in our unit). Great service!
We mentioned the heat in our apartment not working so great either, since they do heating/air and electrical. He showed us that some parts in the heater were missing, and gave us the info to provide to our landlord, so we knew they couldn't just overlook it. Great tech, great service. Would recommend highly!
