Called about a roof repair. Asked him to give me an estimate on my day off, which was two days later. He called me that morning and arrived about 8am. Gave me an estimate ($125) and told me he could do repair same day. He finished the repair before 11 am after going out to get supplies. I was out when he finished so he just mailed me a bill. He also repaired a corner gutter that was leaking at no additional charge.

Ed Miller returned my call promptly and came when he said he would to give an estimate. He was a little late arriving. It took him two to three weeks to schedule the work. Once he told us he was coming, he arrived promptly and the work was well done. No problems since.

He was extremely prompt. His price was extremely reasonable. He was very responsive to my phone call and the gutter was fixed with in a hour.

THERE WERE 1 OR 2 DELAYS IN THE START DATE, BUT IN SUCH A WEATHER DEPENDENT BUSINESS AND CONSIDERING THE WET WEATHER WE WERE HAVING, I THINK THAT'S TO BE EXPECTED. BUT ONCE ON SITE ED AND HIS CREW WERE VERY EFFICIENT. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL TO ENSURE THAT DURING THE COURSE OF THE ROOF REPLACEMENT THINGS WERE WATER TIGHT WHEN THE RAINS CAME. THEY WERE CONSIDERATE WHEN IT CAME TO STORING MATERIALS AROUND THE HOUSE AND DID A GOOD JOB IN CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES. ED INCLUDED AT NO EXTRA COST SOME VENTS THAT I HAD OVERLOOKED IN THE ESTIMATE AND COMPLETED SOME ADDITIONAL WORK THAT I MAY HAVE BEEN A LITTLE VAGUE ON WHEN I REQUESTED HIS BID. HE ALSO HELPED ME EVALUATE THE USE OF ROOF MOUNTS THAT I WILL NEED FOR A RETRACTABLE AWNING THAT I'M CONSIDERING. BOTH ED AND HIS CREW WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID FOR ME.
