Couldn't have gone better. Professional, courteous and hard working. All looks great. We've had a few thunderstorms since; no leaks anywhere. He provides a two-year warranty on his work. I don't anticipate any problems, and I have every confidence that he would be here asap if one did arise. He wasn't the lowest price bid, but I chose him because he spent a lot of time with me up front and convinced me of his professionalism and approach to the job. I highly recommend K&M.
