I called him numerous times and he always said that he would get me documentation for my insurance company, he never followed through with the first or the second installation.

they came to give me a price on a new system very prompt and to the point with everything let me know several things to look for and things that are not really needed. the price he quoted was not that bad but did get a better one out of reynoldsville

The installation itself went reasonably smoothly, though it took longer than anticipated. The problem arose after the installation was complete and we repeatedly found ourselves with no hot water and cold baseboards because the system would lock itself out. Over a period of two years we made repeated calls to Jack's and on at least four occasions they did respond to our home and perform some work on the system and restore our heat and hot water. But it would only go out again. The last time Jack's was actually at our home they presented me with a bill for a service call, which I declined to pay because this had been an ongoing problem from the very time the system was installed. After that, Jack's just stopped returning our calls. We finally contacted the Lochinvar company, who sent out a service representative from Keith Brothers. He quickly determined what the problem was, corrected it and arranged to have the cost covered by Lochinvar so there was no fee to us.

If I need any future heating/AC work done, I will be contacting Keith Brothers.
