1st application done. Waiting for other 6 pre-paid treatments and pest control spraying of the outside perimeter. If you want fast service don't call. It took over a week of calling too finally speak to someone. They were quick too leave me a written quote, but slow responding. She said they are a small business of only 5 employees and I could probably get a better deal with a larger company. I wasn't happy with my larger lawn care company and wanted a smaller more family type. I hope the rest of the season's treatments go well. Sorry can't say more since they have only performed 1st application to this date.

If we have a problem, he comes right away. If we have insects going after our trees, Jody will come to take care of the issue. He makes recommendations of what needs to be done and does it. We've used him for 20 years.

Lawn Doctor does a great job. They have always been responsive to our needs and have provided us with the necessary consultation to keep our yard looking great year after year!

Service has been first class. I have one of the greenest lawns in the development. We have just renewed our service for 2017.

Everything goes well every time they visit my home. I would highly recommend this lawn service to anyone.

This is a very professional group. They are easy to talk with and will take the time to answer any questions or concerns you have. The office staff is very helpful and if not available, get back to you in a timely manner. They treat you like family.

Seemed like for the beginning they did a good job( just to hook you up), but later it was a disaster. They started to  skip about 1/4 of my yard.
When I was sending them an email via they website, no response at all. Trying to call, left a message, no call back.
I was trying to set up an appointment to discuss it,all for nothing.
As a part of an offer  it was  a ".. guarantee.." which states: ".. we'll either return and reapply that application at no additional charge or refund the full cost of your last application..." 
After trying to contact them more then 10 times with no response, I called and left a message that I' not going to pay until they contact me and reapply the application on missed spots.
What they did, they contacted collection agency.
If you want to have troubles, use this company. if you want to use good,reliable lawn company, NEVER EVER use this LAWN DOCTOR;

I've been using them for a while.  They are okay.  David is a good landscaper.  They don't just do lawns.  They do different things, but they don't cut my grass.  We can have a tree sprayed, but that's a separate bill.  They are doing work now.  They do it quarterly.  I pay them quarterly for five treatments.  It is about $50 something quarterly for bug treatment and $38 or something quarterly for tree spray.
