Drain Cleaning
My septic system backed up and clogged the main line going from my toilet to the tank. A plumber from Gockley Rodney J Plumbing came to my home to snake the main line. He opened the end cap on the system and drained the entire contents of the system onto the basement floor. My son happened to be upstairs when he did it and heard him wait for it to stop draining onto the floor and then cap the line again. When he was called back, he took a look at the mess he made and stated, "There's not even that much here". He didn't have a shop vac and refused to return with one to clean up the lake of sewage he had made in the basement. Instead he used a hand broom and a dust pan to smear the sludge onto a dustpan, leaving smudges of filth all over the floor. I will NEVER use this guy again.
