EPPINETTE CONSTRUCTION LLC

About us

Eppinette Construction LLC keeps a large percentage of the work “in house". This ensures the work is getting done properly and in a timely manner. When you select your contractor, you are not only buying a product, but also a service. As an experienced custom builder, we have the ability to control the quality of our workmanship to the highest standards. We employ only qualified personnel who are committed to upholding this high level of excellence. Over the years we have developed a great working relationship with some of the best trade contractors in the area. Although we bid each job to determine our final cost, we do not bid the job to find the lowest bid; rather we work with a core group of subcontractors to assure uniform quality.

AWFUL Experience with our remodel. I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to correct things done poorly or not in spec with the blueprint we provided. Things I specifically requested on paper were ignored. The owner, Korey is a nice guy, and I had previewed other homes he worked on, but I could not believe the problems. The first week: our personal property was moved away from the remodel area to keep it out of the way and away from dust, yet his crew setup equipment RIGHT NEXT TO THAT SPOT and the first day EVERYTHING was covered in sawdust. They could have thrown a plastic cover over these items, as we moved them out of the way for a reason. Then, after they took a week off for hunting, they came back and managed to leave my furnace inoperable. I came home from work to find my house 59 degrees and I could not activate the furnace. Called Korey and had him send his electrician out to fix this- electrician shook his head when he found that Korey disconnected the emergency cutoff. Later on, I found they had used my shop vac (which I use as wet-vac only) and used it without the filter in place. The vacuum unit was left in a corner covered in dust with parts missing. Nice. Finally, I had to withhold payment until the final work was done correctly. Doors half painted, trim pieces missing, etc. Like I said, I had to fight tooth and nail to get this done right. After doing my due diligence in picking a contractor, I had the worst experience I've had with a contractor.

Korey and team supported us from the idea phase all the way through township permits and bringing the project in by the time we had wanted it completed.  They did a great job of keeping the job site neat, the guys were always professional and trustworthy and people that you do not mind "leaving" the door open for.
