He started mowing my grass in May and came the first 2 times as schedule. I made an appointment with him in June to discuss some other yardwork that I needed to have done and he never showed up for the apointment or called. I called and left a message at both phone numbers he gave me, but got no response. He did continue to cut my grass, although I had to call him a couple of times when the grass was getting too long, to ask him to come out. He also billed me for mowing on a day that he didn't mow. The last time he cut the grass was the first week in August. He never came back after that and never returned numerous messages and e-mails that I left/sent him. I have not heard a word from him to this day, almost 8 months later. This really left me in a bind, since he just stopped with no warning and I had to scramble to find someone else to finish out the summer. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
