This was a train wreck. From agreement to perform the work in FEBRUARY to the six times it took them to get the stone correct, to the unresponsive and unprofessional sales staff, to actual application of the stone in NOVEMBER this was a horrible experience. |I do want to state that the applicator of the stone was AMAZING and did an incredible job. If only the sales staff was half as good. I would never recommend this company. I am just glad that I did not lose my payment and that they finally did show up and actually apply the veneer stone for me.
