Roofing
After 1 month of having new roof on, we had to call Mahoney back 4 times to fix the leaking roof. They still were unable to fix the roof and we continue to have water damage on the interior of the home. Shingles were not nailed down, nails through shingles, nails through flashing, torn and ripped shingles etc. Mahoney say the water issues in the home are not a roof issue. But we had no leaking prior to this. 3 contractors and insurance agents all agree that the roof needs totally redone not to mention the interior of the home. Over $22,000 damage. Please do not contract through Lowes - they subcontracted Mahoneys. Neither company stands by their work. Our roof was to have a 2 year warrenty.
