It was not a very good experience. My lawnmowers were eight years old and I did not expect to pay over $350 to repair them. I could have gotten a new top-of-the-line lawnmower for less than that. They were evasive about the cost of repair. I had called several times over the six week. And no one knew when it would be ready, The answer was always we are getting to it. I just feel as though when he called to tell me the cost of the parts he could have let me know how expensive the labor would be. If he thought $45 may have been too expensive wouldn't you think that he would know that $300 for labor is way too expensive.

Did not have the necessary tube in stock but got it the same day and called me in the pm to come pick up.

They were absolutely excellent. It was repaired in less than 3 days. The price was extremely fair. I have had them repair and maintain my John Deere Tractor. They are extremely honest. It is worth going to them rather than the big name repair shops for John Deere and Cub Cadet tractors.
