I began with thinking I only needed the water damage to the floor around the commode and shower to be addressed. After the demo, it was obvious the floor as well as the wall behind the tiled shower needed to be replaced. He was expert in all phases of this remodel, and worked with me on all choices of fixtures, hardware, paint, etc. I am well pleased with the end result, and would, and am already planning to hire him to remodel my other bathroom.
