It went very well. John gave us a quote, we opted to purchase the patio door on our own and the downstairs door through him. When the door was delivered, he even went with my husband to the home store to pick it up. The whole job took about 4 days from start to finish. He started at the same time every day and cleaned up after himself each day. He even went the extra mile and created a nice threshold for the patio door into the kitchen.
