"Went to provide estimate 3rd week in September. While discussing the scope of the project with the Member, I mentioned specifically that we were booked out till November and would not be able to perform service until then unless we completed another job earlier than initially projected. There were two occasions that we completed jobs earlier than projected. At that point, I reached out to the Member and asked him if it would be alright to come out and perform the service. On both occasions, it rained and were not able to get the service completed. So we had to stick to our original schedule and perform the service in November as originally discussed."
