Heating and Air Conditioning Service
On a Saturday morning (with a house full of guests!), our water heater ruptured and water leaked all over our basement and guest room. Our usual plumber was not available and recommended we disconnect the heater and wait until Monday! We called a few friends and got Jim's name. I called him and he was at our house within 2 hours with a new heater and everything he needed to replace the old one. Once he removed the old heater, he gave me a chance to clean out the area in the basement behind the old heater before he put in the new one. Jim was super efficient, very friendly, and charged a reasonable rate. We are also impressed that he works with another man who recycles all of the materials Jim removes from sites. Jim also recommended we call Roto Rooter to have our basement drained cleared out as it failed when the heater ruptured.
