Excellent!

Installed as promised. Very professional and efficient work, less than one day. Cleaned up and removed all materials and old equipment.

I called at 7:30 am for service on AC and they were able to send a service man ny 10:30 - I was very happy because we were having a heat wave and I thought it would be impossible to get someone so quick. He was on time and told me everything that was wrong and options for repair. Very happy definitely would use them again!

Had to order valve. Difficult place to braze valve in place. Is working at present

Arrived on time. Was friendly and professional. Price of services was reasonable.

Installed on-time and for the price quoted. While it works, the workmanship could have been much better. We hired them out of desperation in the middle of a heat wave and that problem was solved. Also, mislead us into believing the system installed would qualify for energy efficiency rebates, which it did not due to the combination of fan and system they choose to install.

2 men came in, and one opened the front of the heater, looked around a moment, found a hose that had a leak, cut off the end where the leak was, cleaned out the place where the hose was attached, cleaned another item, and it worked perfectly.  It was COD, which I like because I then don't have to worry about handling the payment by mail, and I can use a credit card easily, avoiding a check.

Since we are new to this trailer park, we didn't know much about propane furnaces and didn't know when the previous owner last had the furnace serviced.  I'm so glad we called Hopewell and saw them on Angies List.  Don the tech did a fantastic job on the old furnace, answered a lot of questions we had and made some suggestions (recommended getting a carbon monoxide detector).

We woke up to a leak through the ceiling of our laundry room.  My husband investigated and determined it was coming from the shower pipe (we have copper pipes and acidic well water).  We had previously used Hopewell Heating and AC for furnace issues but didn't realize that they also perform some plumbing related jobs until looking on Angie's list for a plumber.

We called Hopewell straight away and Amy took our call.  Amy was very polite and responsive.  Tim came out within the timeframe given to us by Amy to take a look at the job and then came back later on the same day with his team to complete the work.  The estimate was spot on!  We really appreciate Tim and his team coming out so quickly!

It was excellent. I have no problems with Hopewell Heating and I would call them again. We asked our neighbor for a reference and they're the reference they gave us.

We had to get the furnace cleaned and inspected as part of our home sale agreement.  All service was performed as promised with professionalism and attention to detail.  They even offer a warranty on all their work.  I will definitely use them again.

I was unable to start the heater myself and needed it turned on before the cold set in.  I contacted Hopewell and they responded early the next morning.  They came to the house within three hours and fixed the problem immediately.  I was very satisfied with the quick service and convenience as everything was done over the phone from scheduling, to reporting, to payment.  Amy was very professional and a very pleasant.  I will definitely do business with Hopewell again.

Because I had limited funds I opted to replace the broken part (the compressor) in the broken component (the outside heat pump unit).  My duel fuel HVAC system is about 14 years old and will likely need  to be replaced eventually. Hopewell gave me all the options and worked with me within what I could afford to extend the life of my existing system to give us relief from the sweltering heat.  They even replaced the part  in a driving rain storm because it was very hot and we were without A/C.

It was a good experience and I would highly recommend them.

Whenever we have problems with our Geothermal cooling and heating system and plumbing, these guys are always all over it. They are friendly and enthusiac about their jobs. And most of all we are satisfied of their services.

They are wonderful. They came out, gave me an estimate, and came back the next day. They were really good. The last time they came I had a leak in my well and they came out and figured out where it was. Then they had to get an excavator to come in and fix it. It turned out not to be that big of a deal, but they came out and isolated the problem and then recommended someone to come and dig it up and see how to fix it. The price was far less than the possible estimate. They were very helpful. All the men that came out at different times have been extremely professional and cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite, friendly, I've seen them on the road and they wave hi, because they remember me. They are really, really nice.

Our furnace died, and Hopewell fit us in the next day.  The technician went right to work and knew what to look for first to diagnose the problem as fast as possible, and replaced a dead transformer in the furnace.  When the transformer in teh furnace blew again late on a Friday night, they responded right away to a call we placed with their 24/7 answering service (where you can leave a message with a live person, not a machine), and the same technician reuturned our call immediately at 1AM.  Based on  his advice, we contacted an electrician to look at our fuse box and lines; it turns out the problem wasn't with the furnace or parts, but with the electric company's line that had come lose ans was causing havoc with the electronics in the whole house.  When Hopewell was schedulted to return to replace the furnace transformer again, I discovered about an hour before the appointment that the water heater was leaking like a sieve, and called to ask about replacing the water heater.  They were able to fit me in a few hours later to bring the new water heater and replace it, as well as service the furnace.  They were very respectful and helpful, and evne helped me with a leaking kitchen faucet.  The water heater replacement required a few adjustments to make sure everything was safe and fitted properly, and I appreciate the extra time they took to make sure everything was secure.

I have also had them out for Heater and A/C issues (our house is being a little pesky right now)... and they have been great.
I actually called them for a recommendation for a sewer company - since I thought they only did HVAC.  Glad I called.
By the way - the house year built is incorrect on purpose.  No need to have that required for this review.  Consider it pre-1900.
