DRAGON CUSTOM COMPUTERS

Found them on Angies list with an F grade but with a recommendation from a friend who had received good service for his daughters laptop we decided to give them a chance as they really didn't have alot of reviews and the ones they had were somewhat old. Should have followed the reviews! Our screen had gone blank and they said we probably need a new screen. Five weeks later and two screens later they determined that it was not feasible for them to put more money into it and not be able to fix it. So my husband went to pick it up and they didn't have his power supply charging cord. They figured someone must have given it to another customer? They did order and replace it but we would not take the laptop home until they gave it back to us with everything that we had left with them. Also, just about every time my husband went in there to find out about the laptop there was a different tech that didn't know about the laptop in for repair. We did get the laptop fixed....by my husband! He searched online about problems with the HP laptop and found out that a part overheats and separates therefore losing the contact it needs. So he took the laptop apart after watching numerous YouTube videos on how to do this and resoldered the part. He broke a very tiny speaker wire when putting it back together but was able to order one on eBay for $12. He has never taken a computer apart but figured what could he lose!
