ANDY'S AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE

The vehicle went in for repair, undamaged. Came out damaged. When addressed with the staff, their disposition was horrible. A video was eventually posted on YouTube ridiculing our dissatisfaction and we were called liars. Our bill was paid for, just to be treated like we were in the wrong. The owner was not professional and could not provide us with what he could do about the situation with the damages. Not once were we asking for free services. We just wanted the damage fixed. The owner, Andy; his only reply was he would be in touch with his attorney. As a business owner and entrepreneur, you look for the best service possible. This was not done. This whole situation was handled poorly. I will NEVER recommend such a disrespectful facility.

They do an excellent job. The owner Andy, I thought was straight forward and honest. They did the work on time and did a good job.

I stopped into Andy's a little over a month ago. My buddy referred me to them and said that they always take care of him. My brakes were making an odd noise and thought I might need to have them replaced. It turns out it was just the brake pads. They were very honest and professional. I also had an oil change perfomed. Very reasonable.Ba

The experience went fine; I got a factory remanufactured engine in and they also replaced my clutch which also was out. I had zero problems. They can pretty much do it all and I have used them for a variety of other projects. They are honest; Andy is very reputable and well known in our area. Their prices were fair and I will use them again in the future.

I have known Andy for nearly 15 years now. For years, I have taken my car to the garage where Andy worked. Then the day came that Andy made the HUGE jump into owning his own garage. Once again, I followed. Andy does not, nor will he ever take advantage of ANY customer!!!! It is just not in his blood. Period! If you need it, he will tell you. If you will soon need it, he will give you a 'heads-up'. If you don't need it, he will tell you that you don't need it! Andy understands that Honesty is the best policy, NOT THE "UPSELL"!! Is Andy perfect, of course not. But he is certainly the most trustworthy, fair priced mechanic I have found. Not to mention the fact that he is just a d*** nice person! I am very happy to see Andy's business doing so well which means that more and more people are discovering what myself and the rest of Andy's long time customer base already know.

It was a Saturday morning, and I didn't really know what to expect being new to the area. I pulled in and Andy walked over to me and said "Hey, I'm Andy". I always think its a good thing when you are talking to the man whose name is on the sign. Somehow between Red Lion PA and Mississippi, I lost the lug nut key for my wheels, and Andy had no problem air chiseling off the old lug nuts so he could complete the inspection. He also told me that I was missing a muffler hanger and inspected/fixed a few other minor problems I had due to general wear and tear. He even gave me one of his chocolate glazed donuts in the lobby while I watched sports center. If you are looking for a mechanic who isn't going to "find" things wrong with your car, call Andy, he is an honest guy, something becoming tougher and tougher to find today.
