Requested appointment online-very responsive to scheduling; however, day of appt. the driver called (after I had already called main number to see when they were arriving since they were ten minutes late) to say that they were on their way. We were the first appt, so he assured me that it was due to the cold weather causing the delay and that they would be there in 15 minutes. Once there, they tried to upsell us (please, you were already 30 minutes late--don't try to sell me additional services at this point) and all in all, didn't start cleaning the carpet until 45 minutes after their original start time. We had already moved out, so the inconvenience of waiting around was more than it would be in normal circumstances.

I scheduled the work approximately two weeks in advance. The two carpet cleaners were very punctual and showed up on time. Originally I scheduled the cleaning for 5 rooms for which I had a $119.99 coupon. Since 3 rooms were $89.99 and 4 rooms were $109.99, I figured that 6 rooms should have added $10 to $20, maybe $30 at the most. Before the work started, they gave me a written estimate for $499.00. WOW! The lead cleaner told me that since this was the first time in 5 years that the carpet was cleaned, I would need the "extra heavy" detergent (as opposed to the coupon "light duty" detergent. To remove the pet stains adequately, he told me that I would need 3 gallons of their proprietary pet stain removal solution at $75 per gallon. Yes, $75.00 per gallon! So, basically if I wanted to get my carpets cleaned right, I would have to pay $499 I was in a bind, so I agreed. The cleaning worked well ,although the two cleaners only worked one hour. So, buyers beware - the coupon is deceiving.

Job was fantastic. Price was a little more than expected but the job was well worth it! I would highly recommend to everyone. The employees were very knowledgeable and professional. They seemed to be trained very well.
