I wouldn't have wanted the rubber roofing to go up to the framing of the windows but it was like a done deal. It is a historical neighborhood so they shouldn't have covered up any details of the woodwork but they did. They gave me a 40 year warranty so it definitely won't leak, which I really liked. It is on the porch roof too so you can't really see the woodwork unless I am out across the street. I called a lot of companies and they had the best price with the warranty they gave me. I haven't had any bad weather since they did the work. It took about 1 1/2 months for the work from the time I put the down payment of $1,228 down. I work nights so I didn’t have a lot of interaction with them.
