We took the computer in already knowing what the problem was, it needed a new graphics card. Thought we would have the computer back in a few days, but it did take more than a week. Not too bad, but could improve on turnaround time. We had to call to find out when computer would be ready for pick-up, only to be told it was done a few days prior, they did not feel it necessary to call & let us know. And while doing diagnostics, they inadvertently removed a downloaded program from the desktop. It's been a hassle getting it re-installed from the online website.
