I must say that each time I visited the store, the associates were helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable.



The store is organized logically and I don't have too much trouble finding what I need.



The associates at the paint counter were especially cheerful even though there seemed to be a small busload of people who all had the same idea to paint that day!

They kept things moving, multi-tasking where appropriate and necessary.



I prefer this store to the other major competitor in my area.

I just did in the upper section, but treatment of me was outstanding that I also sent an email to corporate headquarters, and also made a phone call to corporate. If all stores had managers like this, shopping and returning items would be nice. I would just like Brian, JW, and JasmIne to get a job well done pat on the back, just remember A SATISFIED CUSTOMER IS YOUR BEST SALESMAN.

I was trying to have a fence built for my Irish Wolfhound. After looking around for a while, I eventually settled on Home Depot. They sent a contractor out and gave me an estimate. When I got the contract, they had added a service charge of hundreds of dollars because my job was a small one. They had not told me anything about that until I received the contract. I told them I would not be using them.

They have this hierarchy of people we contact as the process evolves. It seems that no one talked to anyone. They never placed the order for the window and months went by. Finally, we told them that it was ridiculous. We told them we will move on or call it quits, but nothing happened. We called them and told them it is over and to forget it. They told us the next day that we can have the window in another day, but we refused.

Home Depot is a good, reliable appliance store. The salesmen are not pushy. I can usually get a good deal when I purchase several appliances at a time. The store has a complete inventory of anything a person might need to put in his house. I am very impressed with them.
