Tailor Maid House Cleaning is a residential and office cleaning service located in Shillington, PA. We have 5 employees not including the 2 owners. We mainly serve the southern half of berks county (Wilson, Wyomissing, Governor Mifflin, and Exeter School Districts with a little Muhlenberg and Schuykill Valley). We have been in business since 1998 and currently service around 100 customers but we are always growing and expanding due to our exceptional quality of cleanings and customer service. We have an excellent dependable staff all of whom must pass a criminal record check prior to employment with us. Customers tells us that they "love it when we come". Very nice, family owned. Do a good job on the big stuff, but sometimes wish they would spend more time and more attention to detail. Missed some small areas. For the amount of money you spend for only 1.5-2 hours they are there is Alot in my opinion.

They did an excellent job, were on time, my floors were sparkling. I was more than pleased and the place smelled fresh and clean. My arthritis is making it more difficult to keep up with cleaning. I am going to continue using this service on a monthly basis. I recommend them highly, their initial estimate was professionally done and they stuck to it.

The Cleaners arrived on time with their products and equipment. They introduced themselves and were very pleasant. I was asked if there was anything that needed extra attention. The house looked great and smelled wonderful. The price reflex the 1st thorough cleaning. I will ask them to come back and I would suggest them to others.

I called Tailor Maid Housecleaning after receiving a flyer about their services. I have Stage 4 cancer and because of cancer-related fatigue, was unable to do basic cleaning. When I called, I asked Jeff about the and quot;pink ribbonand quot; on their website. He told me that they belong to and quot;Cleaning for a Reasonand quot; which gives free housecleaning to cancer patients undergoing treatments. I had no idea this was available. Even though the free service was for a limited time, it was so wonderful to know that when friends arrived, I could have a presentable house, no matter how I felt. Each time they left, I just sat and took in how terrific everything looked and felt. They were kind, efficient, respectful and took care with my belongings. I recommend them highly.

They are great with my dog, I gave them a key when they first started and they keep it so that they don't have to be let in. They clean the home very well and we have been very satisfied.

The owner, Jeff, came to the house to see exactly what we wanted done, spent time talking with us, examined the premises, and then gave us a price in writing for the first cleaning and then subsequent monthly cleanings. He was professional, friendly, and detailed.
The team came yesterday (two employees and the owner) and spent three hours cleaning top to bottom. We were quite comfortable with their professionalism and had no qualms about leaving the house to do some shopping while they were working.
When they were finished all remnants of their presence were gone - all that was left was a very clean house!
