T.M. Kline Contruction, Inc and its susidiary were hired April 1, 2009 to install a vinyl fence and a 24 inch stone bed on our property. Project was to be completed within one week to ten days as per Mike Kline. company owner. As of May 19, 2009 no work was started other than spray painting the perimeter and some type of chemical application to the lawn in area larger than stone bed. No chemicals were to be used due to sod preservation, small animal on property and owner with a nuerological disorder. Project was cancelled on May 19, 2009 by owners due to lack of work, fence not being ordered and company dishonesty and misrepresentation. Deposit monies of $4164.50 were to be returned to property owners. Voice mail received acknowledging deposit was to be returned received from company owner but as of August 9, 2009 no monies have been received.

T.M. Kline Construction, Inc was hired to install a vinyl fence on the perimeter of our property in March with a verbally agreed upon completion date of 1 week to 10 days. Numerous attempts to contact the company were made via office phone and owners cell over the next two months and each time we received another excuse as to why no work was done. i.e.Family illness, weather, other jobs etc.Deposit monies totalling 4,164.50 were given and no work was performed as of May. Company was informed that we wished to cancel the job due to lack of progress and to refund our deposit monies. Refund has still not been received.
