Description of Work: There is a remarkable difference in the "before" and "after" appearance of my roof. Ken Laity, the owner, did virtually all of the work himself and he did a fine job. Ken is very professional and he gives a five year warranty, promising that the product he uses will soak into the shingles and prevent algae growth for that time period. I debated using another shingle cleaner who offered to do the job for about half the price of what Shingle Roof Cleaning charges. But Ken said the job would take about six hours and the competitor said he would be done in about two hours. I thought Ken's work would be more thorough and decided his extra time would be worth the extra money. The job did take Ken and his assistant six hours. |The only reason I did not rate this company an overall A is because of the price.

+ 1 moreWe began this process because we were concerned about the moss that continued to grow on our roof. We interviewed several companies and found Mr. Laity to be informative, knowledgeable and reasonable. We were able to negotiate with him. Today, they showed up for the challenge. The difference in the outside of our home is amazing! They worked the entire day and we are so happy we hired him to do the work. They cleaned up all the 'mess' that come off the roof etc. We highly recommend Shingle Roof Cleaning LLC!
Description of Work: They cleaned the roof which was gathering moss at a rapid pace. In addition, Kenny and his team cleaned the siding, the deck and all the rain gutters.
