Pete recommended alarming two additional entry doors, installing three smoke detectors and a second digital keypad for operation of system from bedroom. He became argumentative when I asked that only a portion of the recommended services be performed. I tried to explain that I understood the recommendations he was making, but that I was believed only the partial additions to the system would be necessary at this time. After phone calls and emails, I was never provided an estimate for the upgraded smoke alarms and entry door alarms.
