I was unhappy when I called to arrange service. First there was an automated answering device that same question several times. Then I reached a helpful young lady with an EXTREME accent. I had difficulty understanding her questions, due primarily to her middle eastern accent. However, when the serviceman arrived, on-time and after a phone call to expect him shortly, he demonstrated a marked understanding of our diswasher problem. The main problem is hard water supply. The service man was knowledgable and conveyed that knowledge to us. While he strongly recommended we purchase a water softener there was no pressure to buy it now or through him. We were already considering installing a water softener so this advice just reinforced our resolve to do so.
He did remove calcified debris from some of the holes in the lower spray arm and, after consulting with us, ordered a new spray arm for us.
All in all a most satisfying appliance repair visit.

Sears was great. They suggested another tire size that my vehicle could use and the tires were just a little over 120.00 each. They were extremely helpful. Buying tires for an SUV can be expensive, but Sears was very affordable. Next tire purchase I am going back.

I was very pleased with the response and professionalism I experienced with this situation. Needing help with a washer leak, Sear's scheduled me for service work in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. The repairman showed up earlier than scheduled and provided ample advanced notice. He addressed the problem thoroughly and with expertise. My experiences with Sears service remains very positive as always.

They do a good job. They were on time. They clean up after themselves. They took the old water heater out and it was a matter of about an hour and a half. They were done and had the gas and everything lined up. Actually they're coming out to look at my kitchen remodeling that I want to do. Once I'm with a company I like, you gotta stick with them. I'm ecstatic with them, I am using them again.

Sears has a free delivery offer on certain appliances. I ordered my air conditioner on Monday and it was delivered on Tuesday, and with no delivery charge. No surprises, and the unit is very nice. You can't beat free delivery.

The contract was signed on 13th October and they were supposed to do it within three weeks. It was maybe three months before it was done. We wanted it done before winter, and it wasn't. The cleanup was horrendous. I'm still stepping on nails and I have two dogs. We keep finding old shingles in our trees and our plants. They dropped shingles and stuff through my skylight and they didn't care, didn't apologize, and didn't clean that up either. The delivery was wrong, half of the shingles were the wrong color. The contractor didn't notice and I had to call to get them to send the right ones. There was a follow up call when we complained and they went back to the contractor who said everything was fine. We called the Project Manager and the Builder. Sometimes they wouldn't answer the phone. They say they'll come round and then they don't.

SEARS has a great insurance plan. Since I could not repair my old refrigerator, I got a new one for free. They gave me a 1600 dollar allowance. I got what I wanted for a little extra. It all worked out. I did not have any problems. They deliver it, uninstall the old one, and install the new one. They have a big store and a good reputation. They service all brands and I could repair my appliances anywhere.
