I have gone there several times and they're very good there. They were prompt, courteous and their price is fairly reasonable.

I was actually very impressed- from the time I called until we picked up the car they were very respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. I have called garages before and gotten blown off since I am a woman but if anything this experience was the complete opposite. The service manager understood what needed to be done and called to confer before any work was finished so that we could approve. They didn't try to pressure us into anything we didn't need. Prices were reasonable. Having recently moved to the area I was very pleasantly surprised by finding these guys to work on our cars.

My experiences are always good. Prices are within the norm. They may not have the lowest prices but I trust the service, as it is excellent. I trust the mechanics, I have known them for years. They have worked on multiple vehicles of mine. They are very polite and knowledgable as to what they are doing. Respectful attitude and they are willing to talk with you on the service needed.

They are fabulous. They are incredibly honest and responsive. They are very proactive. They do routine maintenance. They know when to check the car for what. I have a foreign car and they are able to get me the parts. They are always on schedule and are in and out on time. Everything is exactly as it is going to be. My car battery a week ago and they took the time to see if that battery is going to continue to charge. They did not charge me for that. I don’t know if they did that because I am a regular customer. However, they are very customer oriented. I have had problem as a woman when I don’t get the kind of respect at the garage but they are good at that also. During last fall somebody had poured oil into the brakes and I had to have the car towed. I called Rentschler's Garage and told them what had happened and they immediately told me what to do. They towed the car and had it ready in two days. I kept on having everything flushed out. They did a good job. Their prices are good too. It is a family business and these are people who eat and sleep automobiles.
