He did very bad work, had to rehire someone to tear it all apart and redo it. He also was not licensed. I had to hire legal authority.

The work he did in the barn is very unsafe. I had a plastic fence to put around my garden and he took it. I asked him for it back and he said he put it in his truck by accident. He said he would return it and he never did. He also took some brand new tools from me. I asked for them back and he returned old, used tools in their place. I would not hire him again. I have him off the property.

I also found out that he was bringing trash from other jobs and leaving it on my lawn. I have since found out that he was not licensed, though he says he does not need to be, but I called the attorney general and they transferred me right over.  

When someone else came to finish the work, we found he had left a large wood door on the ground and it had been ruined by the rain.   He also had nailed wires together instead of using a staple and used sometimes would use tape instead of nails.

He showed up on time and was very thorough with the installation of both items.  He picked up the door at Home Depot that I picked out and removed old door and installed new one.   Discarding and hauling of the old door was also provided.  I picked out a gas range at Home Depot which they delivered and I called him to install.  Again service was excellent.  I will definitely call him again for future upgrades to my home.  So far I have had two great outcomes.
