First of all, he was very pleasant, detail oriented, finished the work expertly and before contract completion time. Explained all cost and procedures. Also, from the start of the job until completion, Mike described how each of the new systems would work and the efficiencey of each of my new systems. Explained all upgrades I wanted with the pro and cons of each individual project. I have used him on other home repair projects. I also own a condominium, which I am currently utilizing his skills with kitchen updating and window replacement.
