 + -1 moreFirst of all, he was very pleasant, detail oriented, finished the work expertly and before contract completion time. Explained all cost and procedures. Also, from the start of the job until completion, Mike described how each of the new systems would work and the efficiencey of each of my new systems. Explained all upgrades I wanted with the pro and cons of each individual project. I have used him on other home repair projects. I also own a condominium, which I am currently utilizing his skills with kitchen updating and window replacement.
Description of Work: I had a oil furnace with a electric hot water heater. Mike first of all had to run the gas line from where the gas company left off, and ran a spilt so I could also have a line directly to a new log fireplace system. He also installed a new 90% efficient gas furnace with reverse osmosis, on demand hot water system, and water purification system. Also, I had no central air conditioning. Mike installed 2 unit central air conditioning system with ductwork and clean air purifier. I also had him install a new gas fire log set in my wood burning fireplace.
