The experience was pretty painless. Our salesperson was pretty well informed on the product line and made the transaction simple. We live a little farther than their normal delivery area. we live about 70 miles from their store. We paid $200 for delivery which I thought they may include, but after seeing what they had to do, I was fine with the delivery charge. They had three or four guys deliver each piece. They set up everything and all we had to do was direct them where to put the furniture. They did a nice job in our small home and did not leave any marks that were noticeable.
