I have moved may times. Never had an issue with the labor I chose to help move me, until now! Shane and his movers loaded my items haphazardly into the truck. Damage occured to a kitchen chair showing a very scratched section. Also the movers tried to take dresser drawer out. The drawer wouldn't come out so they forced it out and completely broke the track out and then hid it under clothes to hide it! Shane showed no concern for either of the damaged items!

TERRIBLE Move - Movers ! I went through the house in detail & told them what to move and what NOT to move. When I was not watching the took a Calif King Beautyrest Mattress with internal baffles out of the house, Folding It! to get it down the stairs, out the door, and then to put it back! When put back on the frame it had a large hard Hump about 4" x 3 feet. We tried to 'put it back' by punching it, bouncing on it with our butts, etc. It did not Get Fixed! I submitted a claim to their insurance company and they said "the padding had been put back into place" - NOT! They do NOT honor their committments. Peter C
