We have used him for years. He shows up on time, he is professional and cleans up after himself. Our painting is really difficult because we have cedar siding. It takes a lot of physical work and he does an excellent job. We also have multiple levels on our home so he has to use an extra-large ladder and while he is up there he changes our flood lights as a courtesy.
