He was very patient. He stayed around and made sure that it is fixed and I highly recommend him. He was fantastic. It was a complicated problem whatever it was and he got it fixed and our heater didn’t give a problem after that. He was extremely professional and extremely polite. His work was excellent. He didn’t charge us for the lot of time that he was there on diagnosis which was very good. He was out there almost immediately. We called and he was there the next day. He had to come back for a few days in a row but he was great. I would use him again for any kind of anything he would do. We have used him in the past and it is the second time we used him for something because he is great. As soon as we had a problem we remembered his name as we had called him before.
