 + -1 moreWhen I called him to engage his services I explained about the leaky pipe in the basement, but also mentioned the other plumbing problems that I had so that they wouldn't be a surprise when he came. He made the appointment for the following day (!) and arrived right on time. He worked efficiently and with professional demeanor - very politely explaining what and why he was doing at each juncture. He declined payment when he finished and said that he would be sending a bill. I received the bill at the end of February - and it was less than half of what I expected it to be. His labor for an hour was $75 with no transportation fee added, and all parts were just $30. I rate his services AAA!
Description of Work: He started in the bathroom and fixed the bathtub plug and sink plug. He cleared the bathroom sink drain and cleaned the spigot nozzle. Then he did the same for the kitchen sink plus he replaced the Stainless Steel Ball Assembly. In the basement he replaced a cracked, leaking section of the pipe under the sink with 1 1/2"X 10" Double Flanged Tailpiece. Other parts listed on the bill were Seats and Springs and Cam Assembly.
