When I called him to engage his services I explained about the leaky pipe in the basement, but also mentioned the other plumbing problems that I had so that they wouldn't be a surprise when he came. He made the appointment for the following day (!) and arrived right on time.
He worked efficiently and with professional demeanor - very politely explaining what and why he was doing at each juncture. He declined payment when he finished and said that he would be sending a bill. I received the bill at the end of February - and it was less than half of what I expected it to be. His labor for an hour was $75 with no transportation fee added, and all parts were just $30.
I rate his services AAA!
