Such homes create and eye sore in communities as well as potential hazards. Keystone Mission: To produce an exemplary service to the community; by providing reliable property preservation support to a network of companies maintaining vacant, foreclosed properties. It is our goal to help our contractors focus on their work, and provide a system of logistics and communication support, so these properties find their way back on the market. The focus of property preservation and our main goal each day is to protect and preserve vacant properties. Keystone works with the national mortgage servicer and our network of vendors to ensure each property is secure, free of health hazards and maintained on the interior as well as the exterior. All work is completed in accordance with applicable investor and insurer guidelines.
