Removed excessive lint from a front drawer and now everything works perfectly well! I had no idea that lint could be an issue on a clothes washer!!! I know better for next time! :)

No documents were signed stating a restock fee would be assessed if the order was cancelled. The retailer was contacted to cancel the items 5 days after the order was placed the items could suddenly be delivered the next day. There was no mention or documentation of a restock fee at the time of initial purchase or when the order was cancelled. The retailer called the following day, after the check was cleared, and notified the customer of the fee. When an attempt was made to negotiate the restock fee the manager/owner stated, "I hope your new appliances break and you will be forced to purchase other appliances from me because I will refuse your business". Most people make attempts to support local businesses, this business lacks professionalism and is a reason why people choose chain retailers.

Everything went well and I was pleased with the results. I was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me and the repair tech was on time completed the replacement of the door gasket without any issues.

The Console lasted well over 15 years never having any issues. We eventually upgraded to a newer style TV passed the Console to the kids for use on their video game systems.
The TV was still in use up until about 4 years ago when we passed it on to a charity for an auction. The TV was still in use the last time we had it.
Kasper treated us with complete professionalism and we always felt respected by them.
I have since moved away from that area, but if I were still living in that area, Kasper would be my first choice for my appliances.

It took them a long time because they had too much work, but eventually it got repaired and I've never had any trouble since. It hasn't stopped working and it was no cost to me because it was under warranty. They also sell televisions and other appliances there. Now I can't recommend them to somebody that's interested in getting work done rapidly. The technician that does the repairs is not a full time person and I guess he works at other locations as well. He goes between that location and others and isn't always available. I was glad they were available to do this work because I couldn't find anybody else that did warranty service in my area.

They came the first time and couldn't figure out the problem. I wasn't there at that time. On a subsequent call they figured it out. There is an initial charge for diagnosis but on the second call they only charged me for time and labor and I thought that was fair. I like that they structure their price in a way that they it could be a lower price than those who offer service at a flat fee. I'm a little disappointed that they didn't find it on the first try, but it got hot.

The entire visit was approximately 1/2 hour. It appears one of my knee highs had wrapped aroung the motor and needed to be removed in order for the washer to work. My husband and he laughed and he instructed me to use a lingerie bag. Very good service.

They came and did the repair, and everything went well. I remember being very satisfied. I called two or three places for prices. They were fine for price, and they did a good job for me.

When we moved into this house 9 years ago, the whole house was a mess. Every spigot leaked, every drain needed replaced, and that was just the plumbing. We've since re-done all but the kitchen and we've been trying to limp along with this old stove. I've had a national company come once or twice but have never been satisfied with the appointment making system (scheduled from across the country) so I decided to call someone local. We drive past Kasper often so I gave them a try. I called them, spoke to a real person and scheduled an appt. without going through a confusing phone system. Rick, the repairman, was surprised to see such an old stove. Most of it was working but there were several things that needed replaced. He took inventory, got me prices and repaired all but one thing the next week. (I elected to NOT repair the seal on the oven door because of time and cost.) However, I have used Kasper since then for several other repairs to rental unit appliances and have always been pleased with the punctuality, cost and knowledge that they bring to the job.
