He was the lowest of all the bids. Some of the prices were $8,000, $6,000.
He wasn't the friendliest person but he got the job done. I wont use him again because I don't plan on getting more of that work done. Its not him I just have no use for him.
There might have been three or four people that did the work, I am not sure because I was on vacation. I know it was more then two.

They did a great job, the results were amazing. The price was well worth it. They were super conscientious, really courteous, and the owner came out everyday performing services with the workers. They were just excellent.
