Very satisfied with their services. Even though I have not met anyone in person yet (I left the signed contract and payment with the receptionist), I told them what I needed over the phone. I had to pay a retainer of $1,500 (they charge less mileage and less per hour than other agencies I researched).
The investigator they sent out on my case was very good. They got results on the first day out and documented everything meticulously. They followed the subject for 7 hours and it ended with her going to a hotel to meet boyfriend. They were able to get her on video kissing boyfriend, before closing the hotel door. They provided video evidence and surveillance report. When I had to give them an update over the phone, they were very responsive, called back right away, responded to emails.. Smooth experience.
