Glass & Sons Collision

The repair was, 12 days overdue for completion. Because ,I do not have a rental car. The jobs with rental cars being charged to them , got done first. When I pick up my car , I paid in full. On checking out my car, the drivers side mirror , and AC did not work. It was cold out , I think they thought I would check it. Also I had repair and warning codes flashing on the dash. Trevor Glass told me he would order the parts , and get back with me in a week. Two weeks passed, I had to call him . Trevor told me the parts were on order. This continued for 9 months. I lodged a compliant with State Farm Ins. Then I got a call from Trevor , telling me he would special order the parts. I told him, I am not bringing my car back to them for any repairs. I took the car to another shop to have the mirror replaced and AC fixed. I was handed a bill for clearing the codes , and for the AC charge because no O-rings were in the fitting. State Farm Ins. wouldn't pay for it $510.36. I hope some one reads this , and thinks twice about letting Glass & Sons work on their car.
