GILBERT'S FURNITURE SHOWROOM

On November 25, 2013, Lee Gilbert arrived at my son's newly-acquired condominium to discuss remodeling it.  The condominium had no upgrades done in forty years.  Lee brought a book of color swatches, along with a carpet sample and kitchen tile.  My son picked out wall colors to match the new furniture and carpet he had already picked out in the showroom.  Lee went through the entire condominium pointing out remodeling changes we could make, along with the price to do it. 
Over the course of the next four weeks, the condo was remodeled.  This included: stripping off old wallpaper and repainting all the walls and trim; replacing all the interior doors, complete with new handles; installing a new toilet, sink and vanity and medicine cabinet in the bathroom; designing and installing the hardware for the walk-in closet; installing wall-to-wall carpet; installing a ceramic tile kitchen floor and new kitchen sink; overseeing the delivery and installation of the new kitchen appliances; cleaning out an additional storage room in the basement; delivering and setting up the new dining room and living room furniture; moving both my son and his significant other into their 'new' condo.
