My experience with them went pretty well. They were here less than 30 minutes. I was worried it was going to be a big job, but they ended up just tightening a few things. It worked out well. I actually had an emergency in this house after that and they came out very quickly and helped me. I'd use them again.

Plumbing fixtrures change every few years. After three, or so, years, repair parts or identical items are not vailable at the big box stores.
