Elite Tile

Dale responded to my request right away; he came out and had a look at the floor and told me that he could definitely handle it. He sent me a fair quote and scheduled the job soon after. It was quick and efficiently done.

The project went well and finished on-time and budget. Elite Tile is very price competitive in comparison to some other, full-service bathroom re-modelers, but in exchange for the lower price, be prepared to do much of your own design and procurement. For me, it was well worth it.

From the first contact with Dale everything ran perfectly. There were a few delays on my side due to granite issues, but Dale was very understanding and then fit us in within a week after the granite issues were resolved. He was one of the few tile estimates that we received that allowed us to supply our own tile and supplies. He took the time to give us suggestions on which supplies to purchase and retailers in the local area. At the day of the install, Dale showed up early and set up quickly. He pointed at that some of the tile we ordered was sent in the wrong finish. He worked together with me to find a suitable replacement so that the backsplash could still be completed (including sending his son to his shop to see if they had matching tile). His son showed up promptly and they had the backsplash up in no time. They are very efficient, professional and clean. Based on this experience, I will absolutely hire Dale again for future jobs.

Elite tile provided a reasonable estimate to perform the work and completed the work in a timely manner as scheduled.  The quality of the install was very good.  I've used Elite tile before and would definitely use them again.  They are also willing to do some demo and minor construction whereas many other tile and floor installers will not.
