The finished product (new laundry room) is excellent. We are very satisfied.
Allow me to also tell you about a project they did 13 years ago.
We contracted Dolan to eliminate one of 4 bedrooms and create a master bath and walk-in closet (also remodel our guest bathroom). They did an excellent job. We had a deadline to complete before we moved in. They met the deadline. Late last year we discovered a major problem with the master bath shower that was built by one of their sub contractors. They came back, after 12 years, tore apart the shower and rebuilt it FREE of charge. They did this despite their one year warranty. So, I would recommend to those of you shopping for a contractor in the Reading, PA Dolan is the one. By the way in both cases there was no money up front.
