We have now had 2 separate ceilings replaced with drywall. And have Phil coming back for a 3rd bedroom. We are so pleased with the quality of work, the time frame in which is was done, and of course Phil himself is exceptional in his people skills. His helper was also very respectful. They made sure to clean up the area as needed each day and when the job was completed. Very reasonable rates. I HIGHLY recommend DJC Construction Services, you will not be disappointed.

Phil did an excellent job. He arrived on time and went right to work. He took care to cover nearby areas with plastic covers, including window, closet door, floor and bed. The area damaged by a prior ceiling leak was removed and replaced with new drywall and spackled seamlessly with the existing drywall. Cleanup was great. I would not be able to get that level of perfection if I tried it myself.
