Roofing
After getting two other estimates from local roofing contractors, we found Darren through one of our commercial tenants. We called him and he came out and gave us an estimate to fix this nagging leak that had already been "fixed" by another roofer 6 months previous. The estimate was far below the previous two, but we were willing to give him a try. He gave us a guarantee that the roof would be fixed and he would come out and fix it again if need be. Darren works for his father's company during the week but works for himself on the weekends so he told us it may take him several weeks to finish the job. Considering the price, we were willing to wait. It took a bit longer than expected due to weather issues, but he fixed it within 3 months and all is still well nearly 6 months later! We were pleased with his work and plan on having him fix a different roof on the same building.
