+ 0 moreA representative first came to test the water and analyzed it for free. I know water testing can be a scam, but my area is notorious for very hard water and the lime scale in my toilets and corroded gaskets throughout the house are all proof of my bad water. They then sent me an estimate and we discussed same-as-cash financing and an installation date. Installation went fairly smoothly considering some pre-existing problems with the old unit. The installer addressed all of these problems. He was very thorough in explaining how the softener works and how to properly maintain the unit. The 1 year warranty was very useful when there was a problem with a part which caused the unit to malfunction; 10 days before the warranty expiration! They provide 24 hour emergency service, which was very prompt. The repair was covered at no cost to me while under warranty.
Description of Work: Installed a new water softener and filter, installed all related plumbing, removed old water softener.
