arrived at scheduled time and completed job in professional manner.

From initial scheduling an estimate to completion of the unit install, I have nothing but positive things to say. The person giving the estimate (Ben) spent well over an hour providing details, options, etc. where las other companies were in and out. The cost for my particular install was $600 more than other quotes but the customer service and superior experience was worth it in my opinion. The cost did include a maintenance plan as well!

The technician,Zane, was professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job and answered any questions I had. He was appropriately attired and took care to not soil the carpet as he did a lot of service on the outside of the house. I will have this service done again next season and won't hesitate to have Zane and comfort pro do the job.

Zane is a terrific technician and he took plenty of time checking to make sure everything was working fine.

Zane was very helpful. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. He then gave me information on a new system and gave a thorough explanation.

Easy to make an appointment. Service person came on time and finished quickly. Last spring I bought a 1-year plan for $200 so the fall tune-up cost $100. I just recently received a special offer in the mail from another company to do just the fall tune-up for $165.

The price included the service call and they had to add freon to the system, it was very expensive. The quality was fine, we didn't have any problems after. We called on a weekend and they had someone there in a few hours. We questioned because we had someone there earlier for a service check and we wondered why that problem had not been identified. My husband had asked the technician who was out and he said it was something that wasn't on the list of things to check. He said he would have the office call us to discuss it on Monday but we never got a return call from the company. We felt the problem should have been identified when they were here to do the service check. I would probably use them again because we have had good experience with them and they did a good job. They could improve their communication with follow up and take care of their customer's concerns. We were looking to talk to someone about our concerns and they never followed up.

We have used them several times. The charge was reasonable, it was a special that we saw. They did quality work. Yes, I would use them again. We used them a few years ago when we needed a new air conditioning system and we found them on Angie's List. My first impression of the workers were that they were very professional. We had a gentleman come out and do an estimate and he wasn't trying to push anything, they were just there for our needs. They provided window units until they were able to fix our central air system. We are very happy with them.

It went well. Luis, the technician, was very thorough in his evaluation of my system and answered all my questions. Unlike some technicians that have been here in the past, Luis didn't give me the hard sell pitch to upgrade to a new furnace which I appreciated. In addition to being professional, he is a pleasant indidual.

Comfort Pro took our call and scheduled a visit within 24 hours. Luis V, the service technician asked us what we have noticed with the equipment, and he promptly found the problem, a failed capacitor in the outside fan unit. Luis was very professional and explained all of the charges BEFORE he performed the work. Will definitely call Comfort Pro again and will ask for Luis by name.

As always, they did an excellent job. We have been using Comfort Pro for our HVAC needs for over 10 years and they have been great to work with.
